We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Howden Group Holdings. As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their insurance requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to clients on insurance coverage
- Work closely with underwriters to secure insurance coverage for clients
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Knowledge of insurance products and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
