About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Account Handler to join our team at A-Plan. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external contacts
  • Assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving high levels of renewal retention and exceeding customer expectations
  • Process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support client service and internal process execution
