Commercial Insurance Account Specialist

We are currently seeking a Commercial Account Handler to enhance our Watkin Davies team. Our local Commercial division has experienced significant growth, and we aim to further expand by adding a new handler. In this position, you will cultivate relationships with both new and existing clients, ranging from sole traders to senior executives, while collaborating closely with the Branch Manager to meet strategic goals.
Your Profile:
- Exceptional attention to detail is essential, as you will be reviewing client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness for the quoting process.
- Strong relationship-building skills are necessary to maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners, ensuring compliance and satisfaction.
- You will support the Commercial Account Executives in achieving high renewal retention rates while exceeding client expectations and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- A willingness to learn is crucial, as each day presents new challenges. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement and professional development.
- Proficiency in processing data accurately and efficiently on relevant systems is required to enhance client service and internal operations.
