  • Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers through various channels to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide expert guidance.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations to ensure accurate guidance is provided to clients during the renewal process.
  • Portfolio Review: Conduct thorough reviews of client portfolios to identify potential up-selling or cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements:

Essential Skills:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members.
