We are currently seeking a Commercial Account Handler to enhance our Watkin Davies team. Our local Commercial division has experienced significant growth over the past 12 years, and we aim to sustain this momentum by adding a skilled handler to our ranks. In this position, you will cultivate relationships with both new and existing clients, ranging from individual entrepreneurs to senior executives, while collaborating closely with the Branch Manager to meet strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail by reviewing client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness for the quoting process.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners to meet compliance standards and expectations.
  • Support Commercial Account Executives in achieving high renewal retention rates while exceeding client expectations and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, as each day presents new challenges. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career progression and professional development.
  • Efficiently process data on relevant systems to enhance client service, streamline internal processes, and facilitate informed decision-making.
