Client Relationship Manager required to join a renowned organisation on a full time permanent basis. My client is looking for an ambitious and highly motivated individual who is an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join their Assets Team.
Key responsibilities of the Client Relationship Manager
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of Asset Servicing commercial relationships in the EMEA region covering a variety of client segments.
- Senior point of contact/escalation for the client and is accountable for deepening existing relationships through cross-selling, driving relationship profitability and satisfaction.
- Relationship Managers understand their client's business fully, serve as an advocate for the relationship within the organisation and act as a trusted advisor for their relationships
- Manage risks, opportunities, and impacts to the organisation
- Responsibility for leading and coordinating virtual team members across multiple lines of business.
- Oversee the service delivery for clients and provide strong client governance.
- Focus on continuous service improvement across all products and services.
Required skills and experience of the Client Relationship Manager
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Several years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in servicing clients in the financial industry
- Good team working skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
