We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Advisor to join our team at GB001 Marsh Ltd. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for servicing a book of clients, processing new quotes, mid-term adjustments, invoicing, and aspects of finance work. You will also handle additional queries presented via the telephone.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service on all aspects of account management to our clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
- Ensure timely completion of all set tasks, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
- Demonstrate adaptability skills when required to support colleagues in completing business-critical tasks.
- Develop meaningful working relationships with our insurer and business partners through regular contact and liaison to better serve our clients.
- Through training, coaching, and mentoring, have a thorough understanding of all schemes that we offer our clients and keep abreast of new technical and product developments.
- Previous experience within a client/customer-facing role, gained from within a similar role or working in environments such as retail, hospitality, food & beverage, etc.
- Strong literacy, numeracy, administration, and communication skills, demonstrated via qualifications/grades gained during education.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly when required.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Experience utilizing the Microsoft Office suite and similar products.
