Client Advisor – Marsh Legal & Protection Services (Cardiff)

The Role:

As a Client Advisor, you will be part of a team responsible for servicing a book of clients, involving processing new quotes, mid-term adjustments, invoicing, and aspects of finance work, while handling additional queries via the telephone.

We Will Rely On You To:

  • Provide excellent client service on all aspects of account management, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
  • Ensure timely completion of all set tasks, ensuring client satisfaction at all times.
  • Demonstrate adaptability skills when required, supporting colleagues in completing business-critical tasks.
  • Develop meaningful working relationships with our insurer and business partners through regular contact and liaison, better serving our clients.
  • Through training, coaching, and mentoring, have a thorough understanding of all schemes offered to clients and keep abreast of new technical and product developments.

What You Need To Have:

  • Previous experience in a client/customer-facing role, gained from within a similar role or working in environments such as retail, hospitality, food & beverage, etc.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, administration, and communication skills, demonstrated via qualifications/grades gained during education.
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly when required.
  • Excellent organisational skills, managing multiple enquiries simultaneously.
  • Experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products.
