Responsibilities:
- Policy Management: Manage and oversee the process for new insurance policies, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and offering suitable insurance products.
- Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers through various channels to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide expert guidance.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations to ensure accurate guidance is provided to clients during the renewal process.
- Portfolio Review: Conduct thorough reviews of client portfolios to identify potential up-selling or cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements:
- Positive Attitude: A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Customer Service Experience: Ideally, previous customer service experience that showcases strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Insurance Knowledge: Basic knowledge of insurance products and policies is preferred, but not essential.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines effectively.
- Teamwork: The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
