Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) Opportunity

At Barchester Healthcare, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team as a Bank Registered Nurse. As a key member of our care home team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

About the Role

As a Bank Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for providing person-centred care, developing tailored care plans, and delivering excellence in everything you do. You'll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure our residents receive the best possible care, and you'll be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and regulatory frameworks.

About You

We're looking for a registered nurse with current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices. You'll need to be able to produce well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, and you'll be expected to work collaboratively as part of our team.
