District Nurse Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Nurse Team Leader to join our innovative and dedicated team in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our community nursing service, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses in delivering high-quality patient care in people's own homes.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a registered nurse with leadership experience to join our team and contribute to the development of our community nursing service. You will be passionate about community nursing and have a proven track record of leading teams to deliver excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of nurses in delivering high-quality patient care in people's own homes
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to the development of our community nursing service and identify opportunities for improvement

We are looking for a registered nurse with leadership experience who has:
- Level 6 study
- RGN
- Current NMC Registration
Desirable qualifications include:
- DN Specialist Practitioner Qualification
- Frailty/Leadership Module
- Level 7 study
We are looking for a nurse with:
- Formal management and/or leadership experience within healthcare
- Extensive clinical experience as a Registered Nurse within a District Nursing team and evidence of leadership responsibilities experience
- Community Nurse Experience
Desirable experience includes:
- DN Experience
We are looking for a nurse who is:
- IT literate and uses IT systems
