Job Summary

The successful candidate will join the Principal Medical Limited (PML) team as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, working in a dynamic and rewarding environment. As a key member of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to the practices' patient population.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work independently, using advanced clinical skills and judgment to assess, diagnose, and manage patients in various settings, including the home environment.
  • Develop and implement individual care management plans, ensuring timely and effective delivery of care.
  • Collaborate with the clinical lead and multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
  • Provide clinical advice and guidance to reception staff, as needed.
  • Participate in local initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient care.
Requirements
  • Relevant professional qualification, such as Emergency Care/Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification or equivalent.
  • Nurse degree or level 6 degree module in minor illness/injury assessment, diagnosis, and management.
  • Portfolio of evidence showing achievements in practice/speciality.
  • Non-Medical Prescriber Qualification.
