Job Title: Chief Commercial Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Chief Commercial Officer to join our PE Backed Commercial Product/Services Business. As a key member of the Board, you will be responsible for driving the sales and marketing strategy to achieve significant growth and expansion in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy to drive business growth and expansion
  • Lead a commercially focused team to deliver sales and build brand
  • Manage and deliver multiple projects on time, with a focus on planning and organisational skills
  • Build strong partnerships and relationships with customers
  • Participate in the equity scheme and contribute to the company's wealth creation

Requirements:

  • Recent experience working in a senior role within Sales & Marketing in FMCG, retail, or B2B Services
  • Proven track record of delivering sales and building brand
  • Ability to quickly understand and assimilate the industry sector, including trends, key players, and sales channels
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to respond proactively to the needs of the business
  • Confident and experienced in producing and using cost and pricing models
