Position Overview: This role is for a Senior Client Relationship Manager to become part of a vibrant and fast-evolving organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively oversee a portfolio of wholesale clients to enhance sales through strategic account management and product diversification.
  • Assist sales teams and channel partners with administrative tasks including order management, sales quotations, and product training.
  • Develop and implement tailored account strategies to drive growth across wholesale accounts.
  • Conduct thorough planning for outbound communications, promoting the full product range across various branches.
  • Serve as the primary contact for designated accounts, ensuring exceptional service and support.
  • Address escalated inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations and track order statuses as required by wholesale clients.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and External Account Managers to analyze customer data and formulate ongoing account strategies.
  • Design and execute monthly sales initiatives based on comprehensive market analysis.
  • Engage in outbound calling campaigns to enhance brand visibility and follow up on marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to create customized promotional campaigns.
  • Enhance market knowledge through external research, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate updates in CRM systems and communicate essential information to team members.
  • Manage incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Consistently uphold the highest standards of service quality to retain existing clients and foster new relationships.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in sales, telemarketing, or client relationship management within a dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving individual and team performance targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to building long-term relationships.
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary up to £31,500 plus commission.
