About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Ecommerce Manager to join our team at DCS Group (UK) Ltd. As a Senior Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our e-commerce accounts across various platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Account Plans: Create and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability on e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon.
  • Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the daily operations of key accounts, including inventory management, pricing strategy, promotional campaigns, and content optimization.
  • Utilize SEO Strategies: Implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility, keyword ranking, and organic search performance on e-commerce platforms.
  • Plan and Execute PPC Advertising Campaigns: Develop and execute PPC advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth on marketplaces like Amazon.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and brand teams to develop and execute integrated strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Provide Regular Reporting and Insights: Deliver regular reporting and insights to senior management on account performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Best Practices: Stay current on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact e-commerce operations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 Years of Experience: Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce account management, with a proven track record of success in managing accounts on marketplaces such as Amazon.
  • Strong Understanding of E-commerce Platforms: Have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketplace dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Expertise in SEO and PPC Advertising: Possess expertise in SEO strategies and PPC advertising, with a demonstrated ability to drive results and ROI.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic Thinker: Be a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans.
  • Analytical Mindset: Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
