About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Search Engine Optimization Manager to lead our eCommerce growth strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive SEO plan to drive organic traffic and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Head of Marketing to develop and execute a strategic SEO approach that aligns with our business goals.
  • Work closely with our Lead Developer to ensure our website is optimized for search engines and meets the evolving expectations of consumers.
  • Create high-quality, long-form content that supports our SEO efforts and resonates with our target audience.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, and provide insights to inform our marketing strategy.
  • Monitor and optimize our Organic Search channel to ensure we are maximizing our online presence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Search Engine Optimization, preferably in a B2C and eCommerce environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, including technical optimization, content creation, link acquisition, and brand development.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, ScreamingFrog, and Ahrefs.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as needed.
