About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Ecommerce Manager to join our team at DCS Group (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our e-commerce accounts across various platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Account Plans: Create and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability on e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon.
  • Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of key accounts, including inventory management, pricing strategy, promotional campaigns, and content optimization.
  • Drive SEO and PPC Success: Utilize SEO strategies to improve product visibility, keyword ranking, and organic search performance on e-commerce platforms. Plan and execute PPC advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth on marketplaces like Amazon.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and brand teams to develop and execute integrated strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Provide Regular Reporting and Insights: Deliver regular reporting and insights to senior management on account performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Developments: Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact e-commerce operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years of Ecommerce Experience: Proven track record of success in managing e-commerce accounts on marketplaces such as Amazon.
  • Strong Ecommerce Knowledge: In-depth understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketplace dynamics, and industry trends.
  • SEO and PPC Expertise: Expertise in SEO strategies and PPC advertising, with a demonstrated ability to drive results and ROI.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic Thinking and Analytical Mindset: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans and interpret data to draw actionable insights.
  • Results-Oriented and Adaptable: Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
