About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team at Cameo Consultancy (Recruitment) Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a programme of activity to engage with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop inbound leads, including follow-ups and reviewing the on-boarding process to maximise registrations.
  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns and create sales support materials to support wider campaigns.
  • Learn, develop, and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programmes to capture key audiences.
  • Deliver a sales support materials pack that can be used across different channels, such as presentations, demos, and content.
  • Collate and provide updates on sales performance.
  • Develop and manage a CMS database for prospects.
  • Work with the internal team to develop and manage the programme of client activities, including communications, content, and check-in calls.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales and marketing (ideally B2B) is essential.
  • Experience in 121 sales targeting campaigns, including the creation of materials and delivery of activity, is essential.
  • Experience in managing leads and contacts via a CRM (ideally HubSpot) is essential.
  • Ability to understand and scrutinise data for insights and leverage data for improved performance is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Flexible hybrid working, with a minimum of 3 days in the office each week.
