We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Bannatyne, a leading health and fitness industry company.

About the Role

Promote and sell memberships through tours, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective members, develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive new membership acquisition and retention, conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of team members, monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results, collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop promotional campaigns and special offers, and attend weekly video hangout meetings regarding club KPI performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of sales results, however not necessarily in the fitness industry.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
