Regional Sales Manager - Building Envelope Systems

Mitchell Maguire is a leading construction sales recruitment consultancy, specializing in the building materials arena. We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager - Building Envelope Systems to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager - Building Envelope Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a high-quality range of thermal insulation, acoustic flooring, membranes, and gas protection products to a mixed route to market, including consulting engineers, builders merchants, merchants, distributors, stockists, housebuilders, local authorities, housing associations, engineers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sell a high-quality range of thermal insulation, acoustic flooring, membranes, and gas protection products to a mixed route to market.
  2. Work closely with internal teams and other members of the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including consulting engineers, builders merchants, merchants, distributors, stockists, housebuilders, local authorities, housing associations, engineers, and contractors.
Requirements
  1. Must have construction field sales experience selling building products.
  2. Ideally have a building envelope or roofing-related background.
  3. Must have sold to merchants, distribution, and stockist or design & build contractors, authorities, housebuilders, main contractors, sub-contractors, civil contractors, and specifiers.
  4. Able to communicate at all levels, from architects to merchants and contractors.
