Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Band 5/6/7 Community Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Physiotherapy services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with various medical and respiratory conditions, orthopaedic and musculoskeletal issues, and other complex health needs.
  • Develop and deliver evidence-based Physiotherapy treatment plans to promote patient recovery and well-being.
  • Represent the Physiotherapy service at multi-disciplinary team meetings to ensure seamless care coordination and integration.
