Physiotherapist - Community Health Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our community health team in Central London. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to residents of Brent, promoting health and wellbeing, and improving functional physical health.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with complex multi-pathologies, including falls, neurological conditions, musculoskeletal conditions, and age-related disorders.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, working closely with other healthcare professionals and community agencies.
- Supervise junior staff, rehabilitation assistants, and physiotherapy students, promoting best practice and professional development.
- Work in a variety of settings, including clients' own homes, clinics, residential and care homes, community facilities, and community hospitals.
- Participate in quality improvement and service evaluation, contributing to the development of community health services.
We are looking for a Physiotherapist with:
Post-registration experience at Band 6 level in a range of clinical areas, including elderly rehabilitation, community rehabilitation, falls management, and dementia care.Advanced skills in assessment and treatment of complex multi-pathologies.Knowledge and understanding of National and local frameworks and guidelines for older people.Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and demonstrate advanced clinical reasoning.Excellent communication and report-writing skills, in both verbal and written formats.What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional development and career progression.
