Position: Electrical Engineering Supervisor

Role Overview:
The Electrical Engineering Supervisor is tasked with consistently showcasing exceptional performance across a wide range of integrated functions in support of the designated Area Manager. The individual in this role is expected to pursue the same defined and measurable departmental goals as peers in similar managerial or supervisory positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and enforce Health and Safety protocols within the designated area of responsibility.
  • Facilitate the interface between the Technical Services and Operations teams while improving communication practices across groups.
  • Support marketing initiatives within the area of influence as needed.
  • Exhibit and monitor sound financial management and oversight within the scope of activities and authority.
  • Contribute to enhancing organizational capability through consistent demonstration and modeling of both technical expertise and behavioral competencies.
  • Identify, nurture, and retain a technically proficient, mutually supportive, and dedicated team of professionals, serving as a mentor and inspiration to all colleagues.
  • Promote and advocate for the delivery of core Technical Services values, mission, and objectives, ensuring implementation throughout the work team while maintaining alignment with overarching priorities.
  • Achieve internal customer recognition as the primary technical resource when responding to both planned and unplanned situations, managing circumstances as necessary through consistent performance in fulfilling the responsibilities of the role.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Ensure full compliance with both external and internal mandatory requirements, including timely responses to Safety Bulletins, Technical Bulletins, Technical Manual Revisions, and PPM Amendments.
  • Assist engineering managers in the planning and execution of annual engineering activities, business KPIs, and other long-term objectives during operational seasons and inspection periods.

The role demands strong interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities, and a clear focus on the planning and preparation of activities managed by the engineering teams throughout operational seasons and maintenance periods.

It is anticipated that the individual(s) fulfilling this critical role will possess and actively demonstrate a blend of highly developed technical competencies appropriate to the scope of the position, complemented by demonstrable behavioral competencies that are characteristic of an effective and respected team supervisor.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of £47,362 - £50,383 per annum. Additionally, employees will receive:
