Job Summary

The Electrical Engineering Supervisor is a key role within the Technical Services team at Thorpe Park Resort. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee the electrical operations and maintenance activities across the resort.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Health and Safety: Ensure the implementation and control of health and safety activities within the electrical area of responsibility, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees and visitors.
  2. Technical Services Interface: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the Technical Services team and other departments, enhancing the overall resort experience.
  3. Financial Management: Demonstrate sound financial stewardship and control, ensuring the efficient management of resources and budget within the electrical operations scope.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of electrical professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and inspiration to achieve exceptional results.
  5. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans and objectives, aligning electrical operations with the resort's overall mission and goals.
  6. Customer Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all electrical operations and maintenance activities meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance electrical operations, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
Requirements
  1. Qualifications and Experience: Possess a strong background in electrical engineering, with a proven track record of leadership and management experience in a similar role.
  2. Technical Competence: Demonstrate a high level of technical expertise in electrical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  3. Behavioral Competencies: Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
