Job Overview

Advanced Resource Managers is seeking a skilled Delivery Operations Specialist to join our Quote-To-Cash department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing global operational processes and ensuring the smooth delivery of product licenses and software post-sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Customer Software Delivery: Oversee the generation of licenses and creation of assets to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Support Internal Teams: Provide operational support to internal teams by addressing questions and inquiries, facilitating smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain Documentation and Knowledge Base: Keep process documentation and the operations knowledge base up to date, ensuring all team members have access to current information and best practices.
  • Streamline Operations: Identify opportunities for workflow and process enhancements to improve efficiency, particularly during high-volume periods like the end of the quarter and fiscal year.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with multiple departments, including finance, legal, sales, and product teams, to ensure quality processes and alignment across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience managing post-sale processes, particularly in a high-volume environment.
  • Skills: Strong process-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-learner with strong prioritization skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required as it is the key language of communication within the team and the company.
