We are seeking a seasoned Operations and Deliveries Manager to join our company, L'Apartement Ltd. Our company has been established for over 13 years, specializing in sales and deliveries across Europe, the Middle East, and the USA. We are a small, yet experienced team, offering flexible and rewarding opportunities for those looking to work with us during our planned expansion.

  • Oversee the management of deliveries to and from various international locations
  • Develop and implement effective cost planning strategies
  • Coordinate all aspects of international sales deliveries, including customs and export paperwork

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in wholesale administration, dealing with deliveries, operations, shipping, and invoicing
  • Strong business acumen and attention to detail
  • Technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work from our showroom in London, 5 days a week
  • Competitive salary with a yearly review
  • Commission payable twice yearly based on operational success
