About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR System Administrator to support the implementation and ongoing management of our HR management system. This role will play a key part in ensuring the successful roll-out of the system, which aims to streamline people management processes such as 1-2-1 meetings and workforce planning.

You will be working closely with a team of professionals, supporting the Project Director and team leaders as they move through the user testing stage. This role demands a high level of organization, strong administrative skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take detailed meeting notes during key project discussions.
  • Log programme actions and track progress.
  • Manage and maintain the programme calendar.
  • Submit weekly team absence reports.
  • Assist with general programme administration responsibilities.
  • Prepare weekly reports and programme summaries to support project tracking.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Strong administrative skills within a reputable organization.
  • Time Management.
  • Proven ability to work within a large team and handle administrative duties with precision and timeliness.
  • High attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
