We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will have previous experience in HR and administration, with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support across all HR processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Liaise with the Resourcing Team, HR Advisors, and HR Business Partners to ensure seamless communication.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and meet SLA requirements.
- Provide high-quality customer service as the first point of contact for telephone and electronic queries.
- Audit and cleanse the HR database to ensure accurate data.
- Provide data and documentation for effective management, including sickness, maternity, paternity, and leavers procedures.
- Minimum of four GCSEs, or equivalent, including Maths and English.
- Previous HR experience.
- Extensive administration experience.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of data protection, including GDPR, is desirable.
- Strong knowledge and previous experience working with Microsoft Office and other databases.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to use your own initiative to manage your workload and solve problems.
