About the Role
The HR Administrator will be a key part of the HR Services team, supporting the Pub Co HR Support Team with general HR enquiries from our managed pub estate.
As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for contract/letter generation for employee lifecycle processes, with associated paperwork in line with published Service Level Agreement's (SLA).
You will provide accurate information for daily/weekly monitoring of SLA's and general correspondence and administration.

Requirements
- Communication - clear, simple, unambiguous and well structured
- Meet customers' needs whilst setting achievable expectations
- Knowledge of Right to work checks, Data Protection, GDPR & Right to work
- Ability to react positively to sudden and unexpected changes in demand
