HR Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team at Greene King, the country's leading pub company and brewer. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Services team with general HR enquiries from our managed pub estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as a key part of the HR Services team to continually improve communication with the business and harmonisation of processes.
- Responsible for contract/letter generation for employee lifecycle processes (joiners/changes etc), with associated paperwork in line with published Service Level Agreement's (SLA).
- Provide accurate information for daily/weekly monitoring of SLA's.
- General correspondence and administration.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with all areas and levels within our business.
- Ability to meet customers' needs whilst setting achievable expectations.
- Knowledge of Right to work checks, Data Protection, GDPR & Right to work.
- Ability to react positively to sudden and unexpected changes in demand.
