Itrent System Administrator

Neo People Management are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced iTrent System Administrator to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our HR and payroll services.
As an iTrent System Administrator at Neo People Management, you will be responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the iTrent HR and payroll system. This role will require you to collaborate with various departments to ensure the system supports our organisational goals, streamlining HR and payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the iTrent system, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues, providing technical support to end-users.
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to configure, customize, and enhance the system to meet evolving business needs.
- Conduct regular system updates, patches, and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity.
- Train and support end-users in utilizing the system effectively.
- Keep up-to-date with iTrent system developments and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an iTrent System Administrator or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of iTrent system configuration and administration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent competence surrounding Excel spreadsheets and data handling.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of HR and payroll processes and regulations is an advantage.
