Job Title – Linux Systems Admin

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Linux Systems Administrator to join our team at JD Sports. As a Linux Systems Admin, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our core business systems, including our warehouse management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working through incoming support requests
  • Responding to critical incidents
  • Collaborating with the wider business to support with issues surrounding our systems across the group
  • Help maintain and develop our core business systems
  • Liaise with third-party technical support teams when necessary

What We're Looking For:

  • Ability to effectively identify issues, log and communicate to other personnel.
  • Thoughtful and analytical mindset
  • Ability to build upon your existing Linux skills
  • Ability to work on complex problems with guidance, alongside our senior linux system admins
