We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As an HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our HR processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in compliance with all processes.
Main Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide a comprehensive administrative service across all HR processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Liaising with Teams: Liaise with the Resourcing Team, HR Advisors, and HR Business Partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Documentation and Data: Ensure that documentation is completed within a timely manner and meets the SLA requirements, and that data is accurate in the HR system, auditing and cleansing the database.
- Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service as the first line of response to telephone and electronic queries.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of four GCSEs, or equivalent, including Maths and English, and extensive administration experience. They will also have strong knowledge and previous experience working with Microsoft Office and other databases, as well as a high attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Requirements:
