HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will have previous experience in HR and administration, with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide a comprehensive administrative service across all HR processes
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail with compliance to all processes
  • Liaise with the Resourcing Team, HR Advisors, and HR Business Partners
  • Ensure that documentation is completed within a timely manner and meets the SLA requirements
  • Provide high-quality customer service as the first line of response to telephone and electronic queries
  • Ensure that data is accurate in the HR system, auditing and cleansing the database
  • Provide data and documentation for effective management, including sickness, maternity, paternity, and leavers procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum of four GCSEs, or equivalent, including Maths and English
  • Previous HR experience
  • Extensive administration experience
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of data protection, including GDPR, is desirable
  • Strong knowledge and previous experience working with Microsoft Office and other databases
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to use your own initiative to manage your workload and solve problems
