- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in food service operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of progressive experience in food service management, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
