Position Overview:

Job Title: Healthcare Systems Analyst

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Hours per week: 40

Location: Hybrid / 1-2 days in the office

We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic individual to join our esteemed team as a Healthcare Systems Analyst.

Role Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibility as a Healthcare Systems Analyst will be to connect operational needs with technological solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, propose effective solutions, and ensure optimal system utilization to improve care delivery, sales and marketing, and financial operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors, to keep them informed and gather their insights.
  2. System Assessment: Assess the performance and efficiency of current systems, identifying opportunities for enhancement, optimization, and integration.
  3. Proposing Solutions: Create and present proposals for system improvements, customizations, or integrations to meet business requirements and streamline processes.
  4. Data Evaluation: Analyze data from various systems, including Cold Harbour Income Processing, CRM, Mobile Care Management, Radar, and Exchequer finance, to derive actionable insights that support decision-making.

  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the healthcare sector, with a solid understanding of healthcare systems and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology systems, including Cold Harbour Income Processing, CRM, Mobile Care Management, Radar, and Exchequer finance systems, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
