We collaborate with various NHS, voluntary, educational, and research entities to offer a wide range of specialized inpatient and community mental health services, education, and research aimed at enhancing the lives of individuals with complex mental health challenges.
Role Overview
In this dynamic position, reporting to our IT Programme Manager, you will establish a structured and methodical approach to identify, articulate, and facilitate necessary actions for this crucial area of work. This specific initiative focuses on the implementation of new Finance, HR, and Procurement systems for the Charity, along with the development of a scalable Learning and Development platform.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Defining requirements
- Documenting the business case
- Revising organizational and process designs
- Managing design assurance for solutions
- Overseeing user acceptance testing
- Ensuring that the anticipated benefits are achievable
You will operate independently to resolve project challenges and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure the appropriate solutions are delivered for the Charity.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished Business Analyst with a proven history of facilitating the successful delivery of intricate projects, preferably within an HR and Finance framework throughout the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
You will possess advanced knowledge of the project lifecycle and a solid understanding of IT systems, applications, and solutions.
Exceptional communication skills are essential, with the ability to influence and facilitate discussions at all organizational levels. A keen attention to detail and proficiency in conveying complex strategic plans to diverse staff levels are also crucial.
