We are currently looking for a skilled Financial Reporting Lead to become a part of our friendly and award-winning team.

ROLE SUMMARY

As our Financial Reporting Lead, your primary responsibility will be to enhance our reporting framework and facilitate effective communication between our Head Office and the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating comprehensive internal and external financial statements
  • Overseeing all financial planning and analysis components, including budgeting and cash flow forecasting, while providing ongoing support as necessary
  • Acting as a vital liaison between finance and IT for various initiatives
  • Leading a team of two data analysts to ensure that dashboards and submissions are precise and tailored to the audience for informed decision-making

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high degree of IT proficiency, with the ability to create Macros and Power BI reports
  • Experience in a comparable role within a large, complex, and preferably multi-site organization
  • Demonstrated management, communication, and leadership capabilities
  • Preferred qualifications: ACA certified accountant, IT-related certifications
