Financial Reporting Lead

We are looking for a caring, motivated, and committed individual to become a part of our esteemed team as a Financial Reporting Lead.
In your role as Financial Reporting Lead, you will be instrumental in defining our reporting framework and enhancing communication between our Head Office and the broader organization.
Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- · Generating both internal and external financial documentation
- · Overseeing all financial planning and analysis (FP&A) aspects, including budgeting and cash flow forecasting, while providing regular and on-demand support as required
- · Acting as a vital liaison between finance and IT for various initiatives
- · Leading a team of two data analysts to ensure that dashboards and reports are precise and tailored to the audience to facilitate informed decision-making

Our ideal candidate will possess:
- · A high degree of IT proficiency, with the ability to create Macros and Power BI reports
- · Experience in a comparable position within a large, intricate, and preferably multi-site organization
- · Demonstrated management, communication, and leadership capabilities
- · Preferred qualifications: ACA certified accountant, IT-related certifications
