About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Group Reporting Manager to join our friendly, award-winning team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our reporting landscape and ensuring seamless communication between our Head Office and the rest of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports, both internal and external, to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Oversee all Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) elements, including budgeting and cash flow forecasting processes, providing expert guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the IT department on various projects, ensuring effective integration of financial and technical systems.
  • Lead a team of two data analysts, ensuring accurate and informative dashboards and submissions that meet the needs of our stakeholders.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess a high level of IT proficiency, with expertise in building Macros and Power BI reports. Your experience in a similar role in a large, complex, and ideally multi-site business will be invaluable. Proven management, communication, and leadership skills are essential, with a strong track record of driving results and building high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • ACA qualified accountant or equivalent experience
  • IT certifications, such as Microsoft Power BI or Excel
  • DBS Disclosure check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK
