Group Reporting Manager Opportunity

Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Group Reporting Manager to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take a lead role in driving financial compliance, improving reporting processes, and managing the audit function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement group financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Lead process improvements to optimise reporting efficiency and accuracy.
  • Oversee internal and external audit processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Maintain a strong financial compliance framework across the organisation.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to a team of Financial Accountants.
  • Supervise and own the process of full Group consolidation working in conjunction with the Group FC.
  • Be responsible for the production of multiple sets of financial statements within the Group.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Strong experience in financial reporting, audit, and compliance.
  • Proven background in driving process improvements and implementing financial controls.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing and developing team members.
  • Degree in accountancy, economics, or business etc.
