Group Reporting Manager
Gleeson Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Group Reporting Manager to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take a lead role in driving financial compliance, improving reporting processes, and managing the audit function.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee group financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Lead both internal and external audit processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Maintain a strong financial compliance framework across the organisation.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to a team of Financial Accountants.
- Be responsible for the production of multiple sets of financial statements within the Group.
Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Strong experience in financial reporting, audit, and compliance.
- Proven background in driving process improvements and implementing financial controls.
- Degree in accountancy, economics, or business.
