Financial Reporting Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join Avery Healthcare as a Group Reporting Manager, where you will play a key role in shaping the reporting landscape and communication between the Head Office and the rest of the business.
Main Responsibilities- Produce high-quality internal and external financial reports that provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
- Owning all FP&A elements of the business, including budgeting and cash flow forecasting processes, and providing routine and support where required.
- Serve as a key partner between finance and IT for various projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Lead a team of data analysts to ensure dashboards and submissions are accurate, well-designed, and meet the needs of the audience.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a high level of IT proficiency, with experience in building Macros and Power BI reports. You should also have a proven track record in a similar role in a large, complex, and ideally multi-site business.
