We collaborate with various NHS, voluntary, educational, and research entities to offer a comprehensive range of specialized inpatient and community mental health services, education, and research aimed at enhancing the lives of individuals with complex mental health challenges.

Role Overview

In this dynamic position, reporting to our IT Programme Manager, you will establish a structured and methodical approach for identifying, articulating, and facilitating necessary actions in this crucial area of work. This program focuses on the implementation of new Finance, HR, and Procurement systems for the Charity, along with the development of a scalable Learning and Development platform.

Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Defining requirements
  • Documenting the business case
  • Revising organizational and process designs
  • Managing design assurance for solutions
  • Conducting user acceptance testing
  • Ensuring the deliverable benefits are attainable

You will operate independently to resolve project challenges and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure the Charity receives the appropriate solutions.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Business Analyst with a proven history of facilitating complex projects, preferably within the HR and Finance sectors throughout the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion.

You will possess advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and a solid understanding of IT systems, applications, and solutions.

Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to influence and facilitate discussions at all organizational levels. A keen attention to detail and the capability to articulate intricate strategic plans to diverse staff levels are crucial.
