Job Description

Job Title: Senior Business Transformation Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Transformation Analyst to join our Technology & Transformation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our multi-stream transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support SCRUM teams in gathering requirements, user stories, and tasks for future increments.
  • Document business cases, including the identification and mapping of hard and soft benefits.
  • Challenge and identify opportunities to maintain positive change that supports our business strategy.
  • Create scoping documents and manage the project scope using a formal change process.
  • Lead post-implementation reviews and disseminate lessons learned across the company.
  • Manage change risks and issues, anticipating, identifying, and escalating emerging problems to the Programme Manager.
  • Maintain knowledge of new technologies, industry trends, standards, and analysis techniques.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a small company where you will have the chance to work across the whole customer journey cycle and directly see the impacts of your work. You will be part of a change management team with a strong understanding of agile/waterfall methodologies, in particular SAFe.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting a transformation programme focused on technological improvements, in particular with regard to APIs.
  • Excellent written communication skills, particularly relating to process documentation and business case reporting.
  • Working in a regulated financial environment (desirable but not essential).
