We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Transformation Analyst to join our Technology & Transformation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our multi-stream transformation programme, which aims to improve processes, people, technology, and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SCRUM teams in gathering requirements, user stories, and tasks for future increments.
- Document business cases, including the identification and mapping of hard and soft benefits.
- Challenge and identify opportunities to maintain positive change that supports the business strategy.
- Create scoping documents and manage the project scope using a formal change process.
- Lead post-implementation reviews and disseminate lessons learned across the company.
- Manage change risks and issues, anticipating, identifying, and escalating emerging problems to the Programme Manager.
- Maintain knowledge of new technologies, industry trends, standards, and analysis techniques.
Requirements
- Experience in supporting a transformation programme focused on technological improvements, in particular with regard to APIs.
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly relating to process documentation and business case reporting.
- Working in a regulated financial environment (desirable but not essential).
