Business Analyst - Fraud, KYC/Fincrime, Regulatory Framework

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at GIOS Technology. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our transformation and migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure accurate capture and translation into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to drive project success.
  • Conduct gap analysis and support solution development to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
  • Contribute to project management activities, including developing a deep understanding of the business domain.
  • Analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement enhancements to the self-service platform to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a financial services or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and customer journey.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with proficiency in using business analysis tools.
