Role Overview
In this dynamic position, reporting to our IT Programme Manager, you will establish a structured and methodical approach for identifying, articulating, and facilitating necessary actions in this critical area of work. This particular initiative focuses on the deployment of new Finance, HR, and Procurement systems for the charity, alongside the development of a scalable Learning and Development platform.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Defining requirements
- Creating a comprehensive business case
- Revising organizational and process designs
- Managing design assurance for solutions
- Conducting user acceptance testing
- Ensuring the feasibility of delivered benefits
You will be expected to work independently to resolve project challenges and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure the optimal solution is implemented for the charity.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Business Analyst with a proven history of facilitating the successful delivery of intricate projects, preferably within an HR and Finance framework throughout the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
You should possess an advanced understanding of the project lifecycle and a solid grasp of IT systems, applications, and solutions.
Exceptional communication skills are essential, enabling you to influence and facilitate discussions at all organizational levels. A keen attention to detail and the ability to convey complex strategic initiatives clearly to all staff levels are vital.
