Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and meticulous individual to become part of our team as a Housekeeping Team Leader. In this position, you will be tasked with managing the daily functions of the housekeeping division, ensuring that our guest accommodations and communal spaces are consistently maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and mentor housekeeping personnel, ensuring adherence to our cleanliness standards and service expectations.
  • Organize and delegate daily responsibilities to the housekeeping team, ensuring that all areas of the establishment are serviced promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest accommodations and public spaces to confirm they align with our rigorous cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as the front desk and maintenance, to ensure guest requirements are fulfilled.
  • Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the relevant departments.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
