Your Role:

As a member of the Broadwick Soho team, you will embody the essence of a magnificent hotel that embraces the spirit of Soho, ensuring our guests feel as comfortable as we do through our values of independence, generosity, and excellence.

You will assist the housekeeping leadership in all aspects to maintain consistency and excellence in cleanliness, product presentation, and customer care in guest rooms and public areas, creating a warm, welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere for our guests.

We believe in flexibility and multi-tasking, and you may be asked to perform various tasks to meet the needs of our guests and team. Collaboration with a talented team across the hotel is essential to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.

What We Require from You:

  • Experience in a luxury/lifestyle restaurant, bar, or 5-star hotel environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for providing outstanding service
  • Your unique personality, charisma, and positive energy
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with guests, colleagues, and senior leadership
  • Able to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
